STAYUP™ is an evidence-informed movement program designed to reduce the risk of falls. Research shows structured strength, balance, and mobility training can lower fall rates by up to 40% and significantly improve confidence, balance, and everyday function. Our progression-based classes are proven to help participants build safer movement patterns that translate directly into daily life — helping them stay active, steady, and independent.
STAYUP™ applies these proven principles through a 4 week program that includes guided instruction, clear progressions, individual assessments and safe, functional, movement patterns that translate directly to real-world activities like walking, stairs, and transfers.
